Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Sigma 33” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. You agree that you voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation on any vessel or with any owner, skipper, crew to whom they may be introduced to through this site. By submitting any information on “Sigma 33” you;

- Makes any representation about or otherwise warrants the condition or suitability of any vessel or the competence or suitability of any skipper or crew.
- Accepts any liability for loss of life or injury to any person or loss or damage to any vessel, equipment or other property.
- Confirm that you have understood that;
"The Safety of a yacht and her crew is the sole and inescapable responsibility of the owner, or the owner's representative who must do his best to ensure that the yacht s fully sound, thoroughly seaworthy and manned by an experienced crew who have undergone appropriate training and are physically fit to face bad weather. He must be satisfied as to the soundness of hull, spars, rigging, sails and all gear. He must ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and stowed and that the crew know where it is kept and how it is to be used."
