David

Thanks for the invitation :D

We are delighted to invite all SIGMAS for our Round the Island Race (ISLE OF MAN it is).

Race takes place during 1st May Bank Holiday and is an absolute great off shore race. Starts from Ramsey anticlockwise and usually after 10-16 hours we are back. Distance about 75, as this depends on the wind direction and number of tacks :D

Last year we had 4 SIGMAS competing in the fleet of 22 boats. We came 2 and 3 !!! overal with 11 seconds between two sigmas, after 10 hours race.

David if you could advise how to post a link then I will be able to provide it to the Race instruction and Application form.

Just cut the link from your browser and paste it in your post and it will atomatically turn into a web link when you submit your post.

Dear All,

18 days left and we only have 3 Sigmas 33 registered.

Friends from the Irish Sea, Sigmas in the south are already racing, shouldn't you join us?

Round the Isle of Man race is an absolute winner for anyone taking part, slightly longer than Isle of Wight race, with stunning views and equally challenging tidal streams, especially by the Point of Ayre and Chicken Rock.

The fastest Sigma did the race in 10 hours and few minutes.
