Roger Middleton | I have been sailing since 1990, where my first experience was sailing on a Sigma 33 at Cowes Week and had a great time, it was like being on rugby tour. I sailed on a couple of boats in the sigma fleet for about six years and competed in Cowes Week, Cork Week, other regattas on the Wight and in the Channel Islands, which was in the main as foredeck during this time. I then got into cruising and sailed with a friend on a 41 footer visiting the vast majority of ports on the north coast of France and along the south coast. I have RYA Day Skipper theory and practical and have skippered many times to France and along the South Coast taking my Wife and friends who on the whole are inexperienced sailors. I have helmed in my works sailing championships and this october came first in class but as foredeck. I competed twice in the NHS regatta a few years ago as foredeck and completed the Fastnet in 1999 as foredeck but the boat was not very competetive. Four years ago, my mate mentioned above sold his yacht and bought a Trader 50 MV so his young family could experience the sea and have helped him with his boat and i have skippered this on a number of occaisions. This is a brief summary of my sailing experience | I want to get back into racing, preferably 'around the can' but longer ofshore racing wouldn't be out of the question
Chas Grundy | Raced for 2 years in the Solent on a Contessa 32 3 years ago doing nav, main and halyards. I have yachtmaster theory and day skipper practical. | Looking for events at the weekend sailing from somewhere mid south coast, Solent, Lymington would be perfect.
francesca pradelli | I'm a 23 years old student currently living in London. I sail since very young with my family's boat and I'm used to sail very much during the whole year. I've done a lot of transfers in the Mediterranean Sea, I've done some races and I worked as a skipper. I've the italian nautical licence (off-shore) and I'm a volounteer at the french sailing school Les Glènans. | I'm interested in sailing as much as possible, I'm in UK until end of May, so I'm available to do any kind of races.
